Where it all began
In 1962, the late Mr. Babulal K. Vardhan, along with an excellent core team and exemplary support staff, founded an ambitious but humble company called BVardhan. Since the year 1962, the group has acquired and developed various properties across Mumbai and still continues to do so at a large scale under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Sanjay Vardhan and Mr. Amit Vardhan.

BVardhan has roots going all the way back to the 60s and 80s where some of South Mumbai’s most iconic structures were constructed by highly recognized businessmen who were the forefathers of Mr. Sanjay and Amit Vardhan. A few examples of the group’s enduring legacy include ‘Prithvi Apartments’, one of the city’s first skyscrapers and ‘Tirupati Apartments’, a grand residential complex, consisting of 4 buildings of 14 storeys each, an engineering marvel of its time. Recent projects include Shree Sammet Shikhar Heights, a skyscraper located in the bustling streets of Grant Road. Highly anticipated upcoming projects in Mahim, Matunga and many more in Grant Road are expected to be completed in the next few years.
