Mr. Sanjay Vardhan leads the strategic direction of BVardhan Developers with a focus on identifying and developing premium residential micro-markets across South and Central Mumbai. Under his stewardship, the group has expanded beyond its South Mumbai roots into Mahim, Prabhadevi, and Lower Parel, delivering landmark projects including Florence and Sea Sequence. He continues the founding legacy established by his father, the late Mr. Babulal K. Vardhan — ensuring that every project the group undertakes upholds the quality and trust that has defined the Vardhan name for over six decades.

Mr. Amit Vardhan

Director

Mr. Amit Vardhan oversees all aspects of project execution, delivery timelines, and customer relations across BVardhan Developers' active developments. His hands-on approach to construction management has been central to the group's reputation for on-time handovers — a distinction rare in Mumbai's residential development landscape. He works closely with the architectural and contractor teams at Sammet Shikhar C and D Wing, ensuring that every detail from structural integrity to interior finish meets the standards buyers expect from the Vardhan name.

Late Mr. Babulal K. Vardhan

The late Mr. Babulal K. Vardhan founded BVardhan Developers in 1962 with a builder's conviction and a lifelong commitment to craftsmanship. His vision was straightforward: build homes in Mumbai that families could be proud to live in across generations. In an era when the city was still finding its architectural footing, he pioneered residential high-rise development in South Mumbai with Prithvi Apartments — a building that still stands as proof of the standards he refused to compromise.

His contributions to Mumbai's skyline were not limited to individual projects. He established a construction philosophy that valued quality of materials, Vaastu-conscious layouts, and honest delivery timelines — principles that continue to define every project the group builds today. The foundation he laid in 1962 is the reason BVardhan Developers can, today, point to over 60 years of unbroken trust with Mumbai's families.
